Certified Peer Recovery Coaches
This is the work that makes everything else possible.
Our peer recovery coaches are the heart of Sobrynth. They meet employees and family members wherever they are on their journey, with lived experience, without judgment, and without a script. They are not therapists. They are not case managers. They are people who have walked this road and are willing to walk alongside someone else.

To be considered as a Peer Recovery Coach, you must:

Hold a current Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification in the state where you practice, or hold a national peer recovery certification

Have at least 5 years of personal recovery experience

Be committed to meeting people where they are, regardless of where that is in their journey
